SHIPMENT POLICY

Immediately after your purchase we will send you your order confirmation and start producing it. As mentioned, keep in mind a period of 1 to 3 weeks of production plus the shipping time.

GENERAL SHIPPING TIME (Guidelines only):
Italy: 4 working days
Europe: 10 working days
Rest of the world: 15 working days

(We follow the Italian public holidays calendar – so on those special days and weekends processing your order may take a little bit longer than normal).

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note that the delivery cost and taxes/duties change depending on the destination: for countries outside EU, the courier may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed so please verify local taxes and duties before placing your order because these charges must be paid by the recipient of the goods.

Delivery time may be delayed if goods are held at customs; also note that it will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges to local authorities to release the goods.

The customer is fully responsible for all postal charges, customs charges and return shipment costs should they refuse to accept a shipment because of import duties/taxes.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

New World Dream is a project that involves experimental and innovative hand-made production techniques through different dying and printing processes.

We are able to produce only a certain amount of items at the same time and most of the items are produced only when purchased. Therefore, keep in mind 1 to 3 weeks of production time. We will inform by email when a longer time is expected.
